The beach is just across the street. It’s a quick, easy walk, but please use caution when crossing, especially with children. • The private pool is available for your use. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • This home includes multiple levels and stairs, and is not fully ADA accessible. • Quiet hours begin at 10 PM in accordance with local guidelines and out of respect for our neighbors. • The home is thoroughly cleaned and professionally maintained, but as with all beach homes, occasional sand or outdoor elements may be present. • Exterior security camera is installed for safety and liability purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. • Parking is available for vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
