The house was perfect for our family of 5. Stunning views of the mountains. We loved the little town of Black Mountain and had really good food while there. We saw three black bears while at the house! Super exciting for all of us!

We spent a wonderful week at The Southern Host’s place in Panama City Beach ☀️ We traveled with two families that included four teens/tweens. The house was perfect for our crew. The kids especially loved the game room and spent tons of time there when we weren’t enjoying the pool and the beach. The beach was literally steps away, which was amazing. Never too crowded and perfect white sand. We also had great views of the ocean from the house. Having the pool at the house meant tons of outdoor time when we left the beach and in the evening. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and griddles for making meals, and we also used the outdoor grill. We had no major issues during our stay, and the hosts were very responsive to the few things we reached out about. We appreciate Alyssa and Brian sharing their beautiful beach home!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin. This is not your minimally furnished AirBnB, but a cozy, well decorated, fully equipped home that feels like visiting a family member in Black Mountain. The privacy and the amazing view make it very easy to disconnect and relax. The village is super close and has a nice selection of restaurants and coffee shops too. Would definitely go back if visiting this part of North Carolina again. Alyssa, Brian and Melissa were friendly, responsive hosts.

Stunning home, with exceptional views! Our stay was fantastic, the home is beautiful with everything you need and the location is easy access to everything in the area. Hiking from the home was a bonus! Go into town and to Recess Cafe, it was a highlight of our trip the pastry and sandwiches were delicious and an experience!

This is the kind of place you book and then don’t want to leave. It’s one of those rare homes that’s even better than the photos. From the moment you walk in, everything just feels right! The view, the layout, the overall feel of the space. It’s elevated but still so comfortable, and you settle in immediately! Morning time was our favorite! coffee with that view, the breeze coming through, everything quiet and peaceful. It really felt like our own private escape on the island! The home was spotless and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. Not one thing felt overlooked, and everything just worked. Alyssa was amazing!! She is super responsive and made the entire stay seamless, especially with us booking last minute. If you’re debating… this is your sign. Book it! Just know, you’ll already be planning your next stay before you leave. I am!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time! Can’t say enough great things about the hosts’ and the Airbnb. I wish we had booked for a few more days so we could have utilized all of their amenities. Such a beautiful cabin and amazing views!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Panama City Beach! The home was absolutely beautiful—honestly even better than the pictures—and located in a quiet, relaxing area that made it easy to unwind. Our kids had a blast with the game room, pool, and all the extra space to spread out. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a family stay. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short, easy walk, which made going back and forth throughout the day super convenient. This place checked all the boxes for us, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and comfortable beach getaway!

This was a perfect cabin for a weekend getaway. There were plenty of on-site amenities to keep us entertained and a fully stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs. Any time we had a question Alyssa and Brian promptly responded and were very helpful. I would stay here again!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful community right off the main strip of Mount Pleasant. Coffee and Bagels located nearby, in addition to restaurants. It is a quick drive to Charleston. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the place and the host was very responsive! We really liked the bedroom with the glass enclosure which had amazing views. Also, the fire pits were great - just remember to buy additional firewood before making your way to the cabin!
