This beautifully designed island villa is spread across two levels, offering both privacy and plenty of room to relax, recharge, and soak in the views. Main Level: • The primary suite is located on the main floor with a king bed, attached en-suite bathroom, and peaceful views and private balcony! • The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space flows seamlessly out to the upper deck, where you’ll find a private pool, hot tub, lounge seating, outdoor dining table and sweeping Caribbean Sea views. Lower Level (Downstairs): • Two guest bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and double sliding glass doors that lead to the lower-level deck—a perfect place for a quiet morning coffee or evening unwind. • A fully equipped laundry room is also located on this floor and available for guest use during your stay. Every inch of this home was thoughtfully designed to feel like a luxe island escape—with space for everyone to gather or find their own moment of peace.

Welcome to island life—where the pace is a little slower, the skies are a little brighter, and the views are unbeatable. To help you enjoy your stay to the fullest, here are a few things to keep in mind: • Water Usage: Like many homes on the island, we use a cistern system (collected rainwater), so we kindly ask that you be mindful of water usage—quick showers, full loads of laundry only, and turning off taps when not in use are always appreciated. • Trash Disposal: Curbside pickup isn’t available on the island. Guests are responsible for dropping off trash at the nearest VIWMA community bin, located just a short drive from the home. Don’t worry—we’ll provide directions in your welcome guide! • Island Wi-Fi: While we do have high-speed internet, occasional interruptions can happen. It’s all part of the unplug-and-unwind charm of island life. • Wildlife + Nature: You may see (and hear!) friendly island critters like lizards, tree frogs, and chickens. They’re harmless and part of the tropical experience! • Driving Notes: On St. Thomas, we drive on the left side of the road. We strongly recommend renting a car during your stay for ease and flexibility getting around the island. • Power Outages: Short power outages can happen from time to time. The home is equipped with backup essentials to keep you comfortable, and outages usually resolve quickly.

The home is located within the secure, gated community of Mahogany Run, offering peace of mind and added privacy. There is ample parking available in the driveway, and you’re just a short drive from all the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions on the island. This was our very first stay at this newly listed home, and WOW — we felt like we struck gold. From the second we walked in, we were drooling over the views, the decor, and honestly… the vibe. It’s one of those places that looks gorgeous in photos but somehow feels even better in person. You can tell so much thought went into every detail. The upstairs living area opens to an incredible deck with a pool overlooking the ocean. (Yes, we basically lived out there.) Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for privacy — and the downstairs rooms open right out to a second deck with a similar dreamy view. The house is tucked inside a private, gated neighborhood, just a short drive from restaurants, beaches, and the ferry to St. John. The hosts gave us everything we needed to know ahead of time so we truly just enjoyed. We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our next stay!

Pictures don't do it justice. If you're looking for something tucked away and quiet, this is the spot. Loved visiting the local bars and restaurants then coming back to hang by the beautiful pool with one of the most breathtaking views we've ever seen. We love to cook and the kitchen LITERALLY has everything you would need to do so. I was actually trying to find something they missed lol. My only recommendation is that if you rent a vehicle, make sure it's a jeep. Not because of this location alone, but trust me, the island in general you'll be glad you did. The hosts were super sweet and laid back. Responded quickly and very helpful. If you go to St. Thomas, this should be your only option for AirBNB. You can thank me later.
