THE SOUTHERN HOST

This was such a memorable trip, as soon as you walk in to the left is a beautiful kitchen with more appliances and cookware than you would ever need. The views are breath taking, and hot tub, game room, and heated Sona were great additions I didn’t even realize until we got there. I will 100 precent be staying here again. The host were so accomodating and gave us tons of recommendations. My son is already asking when will we be going back. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVED this cottage for a girls weekend trip. The neighborhood is wonderful, truly. The home felt so comfortable, airy, and stylish. Central access to the beach and the city, Publix is across the street. We are already planning a return trip here.

We definitely recommend this house. The views were amazing - so peaceful starring at the mountains from the front porch The house was stocked with everything. In fact, my wife was so impressed that she has been looking for other houses owned by Alyssa and Brian for us to rent.

We love Mount Pleasant - this was our fav Airbnb to date there! Cute house, very clean, great neighborhood! So close to run to the beach or Charleston! We will be back🩷

This is a charming cabin in an ideal location. Starting with the location, it truly is only minute to downtown Black Mountain and all BC has to offer. The view is stunning. We spend much of our time on the front porch gazing at the mountains. Anyone who thinks the drive is scary really hasn’t experienced many mountain roads in this area. It’s paved the entire way with no dramatic drop offs. The driveway is as good as you’re going to get if you want views. The home itself is spacious and very clean with plenty of spaces for hanging out and relaxing. I highly recommend it!

B-E-A-utiful! I booked this space for some R&R and escape from the city. This was perfect. The view was amazing! The space was perfect and welcoming. Saving for future trips!

What a beautiful retreat for 5 ladies. The kitchen, dishes, glasses well stocked, lovely setting, the roosters serenaded us throughout the day. A bear did cross our path while driving just around the corner, so be aware of your surroundings if walking. The games were a lot of fun, we really enjoyed ourselves, very peaceful. Black Mountain is great, everything you need and more, 10 minutes away.

Still on island time from this beautiful stay. Not only was their place beyond beautiful, it had everything you needed & their advice for food, activities, vacation needs, & local spots made the trip effortless ! I’m not a planner-That didn’t matter because Alyssa had all the services we needed to make this the most family vacation 🤍 I can’t wait to go back! The view from this St. Thomas house is truly heavenly & will always have a piece of my heart. Rent a jeep. Stay at this spot. You’ll forever be dreaming of this vacation! This house was a win all around. Beach is legit right across the street, we were on the sand in under 2 minutes. The private pool was a favorite—super clean, perfect for the kids, and honestly just nice to have your own space to chill after the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, and the house had a great layout for families or groups. We did the pirate show (huge hit with the kids), explored 30A, and grabbed treats in Rosemary almost every night. Perfect mix of fun and relaxing. Alyssa made everything easy from start to finish. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Book it—you’ll be glad you did.

This was our very first stay at this newly listed home, and WOW — we felt like we struck gold. From the second we walked in, we were drooling over the views, the decor, and honestly… the vibe. It’s one of those places that looks gorgeous in photos but somehow feels even better in person. You can tell so much thought went into every detail. The upstairs living area opens to an incredible deck with a pool overlooking the ocean. (Yes, we basically lived out there.) Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for privacy — and the downstairs rooms open right out to a second deck with a similar dreamy view. The house is tucked inside a private, gated neighborhood, just a short drive from restaurants, beaches, and the ferry to St. John. The hosts gave us everything we needed to know ahead of time so we truly just enjoyed. We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our next stay!
